• Review Project portfolio to ensure appropriate alignment between It and business strategies, goals and objectives

Assess Capabilities

• Conduct internal audits to get a clear understanding of your organization’s structure and culture
• Evaluate Capabilities, Processes, Skills and Technology
• Determine Service Management and Governance Maturity Level
• Proactive or Reactive crisis management posture
• Determine ability to respond to requests

Identify Gaps

• Identify gaps between Business and IT objectives
• Identify Skills, Process and Technology Gaps
• Document and review gaps and opportunities with Leadership Team

Develop Road Map

• Develop tactical plans, budgets, milestones, and resource map
• Create road map (short term, long term)
• Develop RACI to ensure accountability

Execute

• Work with client to implement strategy to meet goals and objectives

Measure

Measure, Track and report on Key Performance Indicators

• Define Key Performance Indicators that be measure, tracked, reported and action can be taken on
